CONDITIONS OF SALE
TOURIST TAX: It is not included in the price. 2,00 euro per day per person for the adults and it must be paid up to max 7 consecutive days (in case of stay shorter than 7 days, it must be paid only for the stay duration). Children up to age 14 are free.
Reservations must be completed by a deposit equal to 20% of the total.
For stays of one or two nights, a deposit equal to 100% of the total will be required.
It is possible to modify or cancel the reservation and request a full refund of the deposit up to 3 days (in the period 10/5 - 7/6 and 1/9 - 22/9, excluding reservations for Granfondo Squali) and up to 7 days (in the period 8/6 - 31/8) before the arrival date. After this deadline, no refund will be made.
In case of earlier departure it has to be paid only 50% of the room cost for the remaining reserved days.
Rooms are available from 12 am of the arrival day until 10 am of the departure day unless otherwise agreed and the full board start with lunch and ends with breakfast.
Possible meals not consumed are not reimbursable but you can replace them, by applying it, with a lunch packet.
Small-medium sized pets allowed (with the exception of the restaurant and the swimming pool), a contribution of 25 euros is required for room cleaning and sanitation.
