We always keep our eye on new trends,

so we wanted to surprise you with our Grand Buffet: real culinary works of art ready to tickle your taste buds!  

Our expert cooks know how to combine new ingredients and Romagna’s traditional cuisine, by carefully selecting locally sourced produce. 

Meal  Times: 

  • Breakfast : 7.30 – 10.30. Do you love sleeping late? Brioche and cappuccino available all morning at the hotel bar!!
  • Lunch: 12.30 – 13.40
  • Dinner: 19.30 – 20.40

Every morning the good morning of our pastry chef ... 

Taken out of the oven every morning by our pastry chef: fragrant fruit and chocolate tarts, soft madeleine cakes, traditional Romagna cakes, stuffed puff pastries, and croissants. 

A wide selection of bread (included whole wheat bread).  

Cornflakes, muesli and other types of cereal, also cured meats, eggs, crunchy bacon, tempting cheeses. 


Soy milk, rice crackers, whole-grain biscuits, melba toast, honey, apple juice, also organic jam and chocolate.

The variety of culinary creations on our Grand Buffet: hot and cold appetizers, first and second courses with meat and fish, vegetarian options, fresh fruit, ice cream of your choice, delicious desserts created by our pastry chef.

Greater attention towards our younger guests 

Our tasty offers are specifically designed for children in order to make mealtimes pleasant; vegetable broths and soups are always available and we can also blend meat and fish.  

The wide selection of unlimited drinks on offer Mineral water, cola, orange soda, draught beer, still Trebbiano wine and Sangiovese di Romagna.
