Italian poet Giovanni Pascoli, who was fascinated by our generous
and hospitable land.
The owners of Hotel Principe want to preserve the traditional Romagna
cooking, offering savoury and wholesome dishes, handed down through
generations.

Our chefs prepare large menus to satisfy the different tastes of
our guests; for example “cappelletti”, “tagliatelle”,
risotto with seafood, fish-soup, grilled fish, fried fish and so
on. You can also taste our typical piadina and Sangiovese red wine.
