All the rooms are equipped with private services (playpen shower and hair dryer), balcony, SAT-TV, direct telephone, programmable alarm clock, free Internet connection, safe, roof ceiling, air conditioned to individual regulation, noise reduction windows.

Possible meals not consumed are not reimbursable but you can replace them, by applying it, with a lunch packet.

Particular demands on food regime must be signaled at the moment of the booking.

Bookings will be finally confirmed only when receiving a deposit; in case of cancellation within 30 days = complete refund; within 15 days = 50% refund; shorter that 15 days no refund will apply.

Rooms are available from 12 on day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed and the full board start with lunch and ends with breakfast.
